Q: How do you feel
about the almost constant tour schedule that the band has upheld lately?
A: touring
is fun & we need it cos its awful hard to get on the radio these days.
Q: Do you enjoy
performing more new songs on stage, or older, more well-known ones?
A: i get
nervous for new ones cos i think im gonna forget my parts....but it is a
thrill to play new ones. i also like doing the record tunes cos everybody
sings along and its fun to do all the parts that we know so well.
Q: Do you think the
band's stage presence has changed with the number of shows you've been
doing? Is there anything being done differently now?
A: are
stage presence has evolved and now we rule the night. we are a confident
performing troupe....like a circus or a dance ensemble.
Q: What's it like performing on the late-night TV circuit?
A: easy.
you just hang out & munch on the snacks until its time to do your one
song. not bad for a days work. then tons of americans see us and hear the
song. hopefully that will encourage further investigation.....that could
lead to record buying, which could then lead to show attendance.
Q: Is there a certain band you'd really love to tour with in the
future?
A: not
really. we are happy headlining with our friends the sounds and keane as
support. we have some interesting offers on the table for next year. its
too soon to reveal...but a cool female artist has inquired about taking us
on tour and we are hoping to do it.
